All Wedding Packages subject to 4.166% state tax. Wedding packages are set. No
substitutions or credit will be given for any unused package items. Restrictions may apply to wedding packages.

Bookings and Payment Policy
Please see "Terms and Conditions" page for complete information.

Wedding reservations are made in the order in which they are received. A $500.00
non-refundable deposit is required to book an event, and will be applied to the final
billing. Final Payment of the remaining balance due on your event is due no later than 45
days prior to your scheduled event. All functions held on the following observed holidays
are subject to and additional labor fee: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter,
Independence Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

Additional costs apply for certain wedding locations. Additional costs may apply to ship wedding photography and video to you. Additional deposits may be required for certain vendors / sites.

Cost for marriage license in the State of Hawaii is currently $65.00 per couple. This is to be paid directly to the State of Hawaii.

The $500.00 booking deposit is non-refundable. Expenses incurred by Hawaii Event Planners in advance preparation for the event will be the responsibility of the patron. In the case an event is cancelled, all deposits paid to date will be forfeited by the client. In addition, Hawaii Event Planners will assess a 100% fee of all estimated charges for cancellations from 0-45 days before the dates of the event. Hawaii Event Planners will not be responsible for failure to carry arrangements, which are beyond our control due to acts of God or labor disputes, either or which will result in a disruption of Hawaii Event Planners functions.
